Refund policy

Returns
We do not accept Returns. 

At our flower shop, providing our customers with quality product is our number one priority. We will not present you with anything that we ourselves believe is not presentation worthy. 

 

Cancellation/Refund
We accept cancellations with 96 hours (4 days) previous notice of your delivery or pickup date. However, if flowers were already purchased for your order we can not honor a full refund. 

Please allow 2-4 business days for return of payment. 

 

Events and Special Occasion Cancellation Timeline & Fees:

If the client cancels 30 days or more before the event, a partial refund of 50% may be issued at the florist’s discretion.

If the client cancels less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be issued due to the perishable nature of flowers and the high demand during peak seasons.

 

Peak Season Orders: Cancellations during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or holiday seasons will not be eligible for refunds once the order is placed, as flowers are pre-purchased and non-returnable.

 

Rescheduling: Clients may request a date change instead of cancellation. The florist will accommodate if possible, but this is not guaranteed.

 

Force Majeure: If cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, venue closure, etc.), the florist may offer a credit for future services at their discretion.

 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
